WHAT IS PERS?
PeRS questionnaire, developed by Utilia, measures personal resources: they are psychological positive dimensions that indicate a predisposition to growth and professional success.
In addition, this questionnaire measures the in-action resources: they are positive behaviours, related to job crafting, by which people express and develop their own personal resources and actively transform their own working context.
The test investigates
Personal-Psychological characteristics that contribute to determine professional success and individual wellness.
Proactive behaviours, by which people express and develop their own personal resources (job crafting).
